Most of our items ship from Vacaville, CA. A few items ship directly from our USA Manufacture, located in Texas. Due to our made-to-order process, please allow 2-5 business days for all orders to be made, plus 2-5 days for USPS to ship your item. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information. Due to some delays right now with COVID-19, it can take 4-7 days for USPS to deliver your package.
We currently offer free shipping in the U.S. ONLY when you buy over $75. All other shipments have a flat $4 shipping fee. We can send internationally with shipping fees, depending on the region.
We will ship to P.O. boxes.

Hella Shirt Co. does NOT offer refunds on purchases. Returns must be received within 14 days from delivery. Returns will be issued in the form of an e-gift card within five business days of receiving your returned item for the amount paid, less shipping costs. We also have a Facebook Group where you can post and sell your items.
Returned items without prior communication will not be accepted. We must approve all returns before sending back. Please email us through the contact form with your reason for your return, if you would prefer a different size, another item, or credit, and we will send you the address and instructions.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and hella fresh. Once the item has been received, we will ship out your replacement item or issue you a credit.
If you receive a defective item, please email hella@hellashirtco.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
We highly suggest to please refer to the size chart before ordering.
We suggest washing all shirts inside out with cold water. Hang drying is preferred, but we hella forget sometimes! Your shirts will be fine; we recommend drying on low heat. Do not iron directly on decor or iron inside out.
If you made a mistake on your shipping address, please fill out the CONTACT FORM on our website immediately. As long as the order hasn't been shipped, we can likely change it.
We love personal notes, and absolutely you can include it! If you are sending a package to someone other than yourself and would like a note to be included, please leave your note in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" at checkout, and we'll make sure to add it.
